The Everquest expansion - House of Thule is set to be released on October 12th. In a new post at the official site, some details about pre-ordering House of Thule emerged from producer Thom Terrazas.
The first is standard pre-order that includes all past expansions and some nice items only obtainable through the House of Thule purchase.
